Baccto questions

Hello guys, I bought this Baccto potting soil... the npk looks good to me n=.85% p=.15% k=.10%.... i never used this before and the only other soil grow i did was with miracle grow and had good success with it... i was gonna try organic miracle grow this time but the guy at the nuresery talked me into buying this baccto soil... i was wondering if anyone uses it and if so what should i add to it or mix with it before i grow and what should i add when growing if anything like fish emulsion or bone meal or blood meal. not sure what to do now.. thanks
