B.C. cities have no way to enforce closure of licensed marijuana grow-ops

    That system rigged up in Canada is geared for a small group of individuals to profit, while excluding others from participating in a free-market like we have in CO.
     
    Are they so daft to not realize, setting up such a system only strengthens the black market?

    The government is definitely gunna have a legal and political fight on their hands.  Tough to get the genie back in the bottle.
     
    How does the CO supply side work?  Is it really a free market?
     
  4. The new laws are such bullshit
    But last night I read in a paper that the Vancouver pd aren't going to be shutting down any legit dispensaries because they don't agree with the feds and say its a waste of time. It's nice to see someone with power on our side for once
     
  5. Correct, they won't be targeting 'illegal dispensaries' so long as they are not selling to people without a card. Their stance is also backed up by the mayor.

    We are lucky to have some of the most liberal, progressives police officers in north america.
