Jake Sully lives with his newfound family formed on the planet of Pandora. Once a familiar threat returns to finish what was previously started, Jake must work with Neytiri and the army of the Na'vi race to protect their planet. I'm pumped for the forthcoming Avatar 2, just had it opening in London, opens world wide on the Dec. 16th but I've done this before like with the recent Hellraiser only to be let-down Spoiler Trivia: According to James Cameron, the Avatar sequels were such a massive undertaking that he divided the four scripts between the writing team of Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver, Josh Friedman, and Shane Salerno. Cameron delves further explaining the story process: "I think we met for seven months and we whiteboarded out every scene in every film together, and I didn't assign each writer which film they were going to work on until the last day. I knew if I assigned them their scripts ahead of time, they'd tune out every time we were talking about the other movie." Stoner Value- High (a continuation of the Avatar 1, CGI dom, SciFi) 3h 12m
Avatar: The Way of Water world premiere takes place in London Avatar: The Way of Water, the sequel to the highest-grossing movie of all time, has held its world premiere in London. Its much-delayed launch comes 13 years after the original sci-fi film, which was released in 2009. Director James Cameron was joined on the blue carpet in Leicester Square by stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Sigourney Weaver and Kate Winslet. The Avatar series is set on the lush planet of Pandora where the existence of the Na'vi people is under threat. Speaking at the premiere, Weaver said the film has the "family" as the central theme over the environment as it is more "universal and relatable". "It was a joy to be part of that family, we were at each other's throats sometimes, Jim [Cameron] wanted that... for us to kind of get at each other, still have fun and it's very much a real family," she said. Here are some pictures from Tuesday's world premiere in London, and you can find more information about the film further down. Actress Zoe Saldaña, who also starred in the original film, reprises her role in Avatar: The Way of Water Actor Sam Worthington, pictured with wife Laura, also returns to the franchise for the Avatar sequel Director James Cameron, pictures with his wife Suzy Amis, plans a further three sequels after this one Actress Sigourney Weaver was also among the stars seen at the film's world premiere in London's Leicester Square here

days later and Im not hearing good stuff about this flick, Babylon is ruling the roost for now, we wait an see
Do you know if it’s coming to Netflix or anything? All the best stuff goes to Paramount plus or Amazon and I don’t have either of those.
I've heard its going to Paramount, but when is the question, financed by the same as the Tom Cruise film, Top Gun2, that took ages to go streaming so I can imagine Babylon will be the same, once the theatres are exhausted: ....https://decider.com/2023/02/03/babylon-streaming-movie-review/
My seven year old great niece got totally bored from Avatar 2. She also didn't like the language/violence.
