So I just bought my seeds from Attitude, I have on my way World of Seeds Pakistan Ryder Autoflowering and as a bagseed I got Positronics Seeds Critical #47 https://www.grasscity.com/world-of-seeds-pakistan-ryder-autoflowering/prod_2802.html https://www.grasscity.com/positronics-seeds-critical-47/prod_2094.html My question is I have 1 PC box, 125watt dual spectrum CFL only one space to grow a plant, obviously I cant grow an auto and a photo in the same box and this is my first grow. Any suggestions as to what will be the easiest to grow for a first timer? Thanks very much fellow stoners EDIT: Nutes: biobizz bio grow, bio bloom, top max Soil: biobizz all-mix light: 125w Dual Spectrum CFL 80mm intake fan 120mm extract fan DIY carbon filter (in the making)
why cant you.. start both with 18/6 HPS and after the autoflower flowers swap to 12/12 to flower the photo.... even better if you pop the auto and wait 2 weeks then pop the photo.. run em both 18/6 HPS keep the photo LSTed soon as the auto is done pull it and change the lights to 12/12 to finish off the photo.. this is my theory and it seems to be sound.. anyone see any reason why it wouldnt work ?
Hey Tyrell, sorry ive been a while was out. That sounds like a great idea! The only problem mate is Ive heard CFL is better for less heat in a small place (24" pc case) so out of assumption a few hours ago, I went and bought a dual spectrum CFL 125w.. Really dont have the coin to splash out on another lamp unfortunately Would it still work though? And are you suggesting that I just GO FOR IT and grow them both at same time ? Think I should to be honest Go for it
i dont see why it wouldnt.. as for as dual spectrum goes.. would a 125 watt mixed put off as much as a 125 watt veg or a 125 watt flower ? id say use the 125 watt dual spectrum for 2 weeks then get yourself a straight flowering CFL for the remainder of the grow... what i mean is ( and this is theory) you have a 125 watt mixed spectrum bulb.. lets say its putting off 5 spectrums.. now is that 125 watts of each spectrum or is it divided 5/125=25 watts of each spectrum.. if thats the case i would say get a 125 watt veg bulb for straight blue or whatever and then 125 watt flower for red and orange... that made sense to me.. did you catch it ?
