hey everyone! New to forums and also new to growing. I currently have 2 autobuds autoflower GSC growing in 5gal smart pots in a 70/30 coco/perlite mix. Feeding with the general hydroponics trio. They’re currently 41 days old and the last 2 days of growth have been enormous. My question is it seems most auto flowers I’ve seen are showing preflowers at this point and I don’t see anything on mine yet. Should I just be a little more patient or could these be photoperiod plants instead? Also, how are they looking just in general?
They look good. I like the way you have em' tied over. I do my buckets that way for the first 3 weeks of veg. Some auto's take longer than others. If you raise the lights a bit, you will get a little more stretch on those, which I think you need, not much though, maybe raise 6 inches. Also measure the run off water for PPM's and PH and stay in the correct range for maximum results. Looks like you are so far, good grow
Phew! What a relief, I was really worried that my LST was keeping the plant so short. I just raised the light 6”, thanks so much for your input!
Here is updated pictures from day 48, and I raised my light from where it was in the first 2 pictures by 6”, which has given me a good 3-4” of growth. Also the plants have a strong smell as soon as I open the tent if that means anything? When do you think I should flip the cycle to 12/12 if I haven’t seen flowering yet? Thanks so much!!
