Friend is growing for 1st time ever and thought autos were like photo period for some reason. Anyway tonight he tells me he has had them on 12/12 for almost 2 weeks now. I mentioned my preferred lighting for autos being either 20/4 or 18/6, otherwise he is robbing himself of flower production. Anyway, can he switch to 18/6 without herming them out or causing idk what but some sort of stress, enough that the risk wouldn't be worth it and to just leave em on 12/12. I was very unsure so thought I best ask as I have only had 3 rounds of autos and I picked my light schedule and stuck with it each time. Any ideas or info greatly appreciated.
