my seed is ready to plant today and im having second guesses about using my promix soil. i want to plant into a 3 gallon pot where the plant will stay, but i really wanted to use ff soil or a organic mix. i wontt have either soils available for a couple weeks. should i just suck it up and plant the 3 gallon with promix or should i transplant my plant from a solo cup with promix to a 3 gallon foxfarm mix?
mmm with auto flowering strains you need to give them their room, the bigger the pot you give them to grow in they bigger they will get. Why are you second guessing the pro-mix? Pro-mix has been pretty famous with marijuana cultivators for a bit now, although fox farm ocean forest is great. I would say you without a doubt have to transplant them, no way you want them to stay in those cups for a couple of weeks. They will grow fine but they will be small instead of being 3 feet tall and harvesting 2 ounces from each plant it could end up being less than a foot tall with much less of a yield.What strain are you growing?Any other questions you may have more than welcome
