subjective .Answer. If you want to ask what we all do then ask. Me 24 hour veg then 2 foot tall i do 12/12 . I I pull the same yield then a photo at the same veg height minus training so on and so on . Fim the plant in veg no issue . Yield again no training expect to pull the same yield as a photo same size vegged plant . THC. weaker then photo. 25 to 50 % less . Flower time faster or slower then photo. Depending . Mine were vegged and flowered harvest less then 10 weeks ! Edited. some strongest thc will reach up 20 22 %. Photo stronger wonder if will ever see a 40 % ! in the next 5 years how things are progressing
I usually have my light on 18/6 for the whole grow. I'm trying something new this grow, though. I ran the light at 18/6 for veg and four weeks of flower and now I've put my light on all day and night with no dark time for the last half of flower.
I have grown a lot of auto's, usually run 18/6 and have even ran them 12/12 as right now I'm doing with a photo. Every one has a option on potency on auto's but don't be fooled there are some just as good as some photos as getting high from. You got to let them mature just like a photo, a lot of people harvest them to early. Mephisto has some good ones alien vs triangle is a strong one if you can still get it along with double grape. Growers choice has gelato auto's that I grew and got 20+ o/z from three plants and it's 26 percent THC. Also I top my autos and don't fim them it doesn't do anything good for them that I have seen. Just try one and see how it goes because you can treat them like a photo because I do it all the time with good results. Here's picture of one from Barney's LSD doing 12/12
well shit thats a nice stash this hobby is quite addicting i was taking the summer off but feel lost without anything to water lol its true
what size pots for autos i want to reuse my 5 gallon buckets maybe try coco this run or half and half in case i screw up the coco i never tried it before
I run 5 gallon air pots for my autos in promix and vermiculite and perlite with lime and gypsum. But coco is a different animal if you want to do it right. Start the plant in a rapid rooter's plug then put it in a 1 liter air pot and feed it very day with 20 percent run off. After a couple of days transplant it into a 3 gallon air pot and feed twice a day or even UpTo 4 time's a day and it will grow super fast. But you need to be with them every day in coco with perlite if you want to do it right. I'm sure there will be others say they have there way but believe me do it the way I said and you will have a nice plant.
Yes in coco 3 gallon is big enough, if you want to use your soil mixture then your 5 gallon buckets will be good.
Yes right now where I live you can have 99 grams and it's just a $150.00 fine but with my medical card I can have a lot more. But things look good for this year for recreational cannabis, legislators are looking to take it up before it goes on the ballot so they can have some say in it. 6 plants a person with three in flower for one person but it will allow two in house hold so that would be 6 in flower. If it all goes good I will show some big mature buds can take that to the bank. That's why I'm only do small projects. Couple years ago I got a little stupid and did do a few bigger grows but that's over until legal legal legal I just need something to do. I got trophy deer on my wall but just don't like to take them anymore at this time but that could change.
They prefer 24/0, but you can save on heat and elec at 20/4. The total amount of light they get in their life is one determining factor in bud quality. Mainline or scrog or lst will improve the light they get. Otherwise, you will have very good buds up top and airy fluffy still not ripe stuff down below. Also, they don't really need a set light schedule, so you can kill the lights any time for any reason. After 4 hours of darkness they shut down just like a photo would, Many opinions, but only one fact, cannabis is a c3 plant and there is no benefit to "resting" an auto. But not much detriment either.
