  2. Yes, you absolutely can leave them on 24/7

  3. From the autoflower network:
     What's the best lighting cycle for autos - 24/0, 20/4 or 18/6

What is the best lighting cycle for autos?

I've used all of the first 3, and lean toward 18-6 because 24-0 and 20-4 were burning my plants when they got tall.
It's not that plants need the rest, like humans do, rather it's just too much total energy.
    Any lighting schedule will work.

  4. I always run 24/0. I started with underpowered early leds, and every hour counted. With these new lights, intensity becomes secondary to plant health. Both auto ruderalis and cannabis are c3 plants which have no need for darkness as far as plant systems go (other than the darkness photos need to trigger flowering.) Light schedules today are starting to be called "light recipes". I'll trade you my old organic ewc/perlite recipe for your Auto Girl Scout Cookies Week Six 3000k recipe.
