Yes, thats how I start all my clones, straight from the clone bucket into rockwool starter plugs then into 4x4 cubes. From there you can put the cubes in bubble buckets or place them on rockwool slabs as I do. I've rooted 26 cuts in the last month using this method with a 100% sucess rate
