Yeah, maybe he's just trying to pull the ultimate shiesty move and use the fact that he's autistic to cheat without penalty. Some people take their gamerscore and shit seriously, its weird.

This, sounds like the kid modded his gamer score and told his mom he played legit. They really won't ban you unless they are sure you did it.
I doubt he fucking cheated and if i was that little boys mom i'd be making some microsoft consultants very fucking annoyed all day, everyday. Just because he's better at video games than most doesn't mean he cheats and he shouldn't have to have that label for something he didn't do. BTW, i have an autistic nephew who could beat all your asses in pretty much any video game and the kid is 6.
I'm still not exactly seeing the connection between having a high gamerscore and being branded a cheater... What about all those achievement hunters...??
Here's an idea, if he doesn't care about his gamerscore as much as he does being labelled a cheater; MAKE A BRAND NEW GAMERTAG!!! It's so easy, its how I got out of owing evil MS $15 for not paying them for Xbox live for a month. Because this kid wants that gamerscore, something that no kid with his priorities straight would care THIS much about, its clear that he is indeed what he is labelled. The only time I ever have been suspended was when I legitimately cheated. Microsoft is pretty good at detecting cheaters.
