dude, i have been so high off weed that i have slowed down time. I have heard so many noises, and it's not just paranoia. weed affects everyone differently, and depending on how much you smoke in one sitting and your tolerance you could experience very different effects than a friend. some people might pass out when they get too high but some might have more extreme experiences than another could imagine.

everyone's brain is different. embrace that!

 

I get this all the time, especially when I used to go camping in the woods with friends.

When I had first started smoking heavy....and was alot younger, I use to have times that I'd hear crazy music that wasn't actually there. Nowadays I don't have that happen at all...unless I took mushroom..lsd

 

lol I'll hear what sounds like a metallica song up in my living room but when I walk into the living room no one is home and it's dead silent.

 

I live at home and I'll often think I hear my mum calling my name, but when I go and check, she says she didn't call - sometimes she's even sleeping! But I've noticed I'm more sensitive to sounds when I'm stoned anyway, so I figure I'm just getting more feedback than I can properly analyze. Or something.

When I listen to music, I hear different words, the music gets all warped, and seems to slow down + speed up etc.

And if I listen for burglars, I will hear suspicious noises
If I listen for my housemates coming to investigate a smell, I will hear suspicious noises.

I can become convinced that police might randomly knock on the door, and I'd just be happening to smoke.

I play with my paranoia a bit, but then I find it easy to tell myself it's just because I'm high.

 

one time i had a really crazy experience and i'm still not sure what happened.

i actually wasn't high but my sister and her friend were trippin on lsd. they were playing a song and in the middle of the song i heard a pink floyd song come on and sort of mesh with the first song. it sounded really cool and i thought it was a mashed up or remixed song.

the next day i asked my sister about it and she said she heard the same thing in the song but they just thought they were trippin. we went back to listen to the original song and there was no pink floyd in the song. she had an excuse since she was on acid, but i heard it too from my room and i was stone cold sober.

not sure how to explain that.

 

When I got arrested I was in the station getting printed and such, and the whole time I was in there all the random background noises formed this crazy metal song in my head. At some points it was so overwhelming that I had to ask the officers to repeat directions.

 

Sometimes I hear little birds chirping and just sounds that you would hear if you were out camping or something, it's ridiculous.

 

Only when I take a shit ton of benadryl.

i dont get that, but my hearing becomes much better. I can hear conversations from very far away. its really weird. and it weirds my friends out sometimes.

 

Man, I've been there.
It could be the enhanced senses, but I think a lot of it is just a damn good high.
Dunno, get up there to hearing/seeing things then next thing you know you're seeing sound and hearing light, one with the universe, tardis shit. lol

 

man one day i was so ripped that i was laying in my room and i swore i could hear my neighbors in their house hahah
