If you\'re in the red with your rep, you need to step it up. We\'ve made a decision that members who are in the red with their rep don\'t so much deserve to be at the City. We\'ll be reviewing rep on a regular basis and if you are below a certain amount of points based on justified negative rep that you have obtained, you will be banned. Basically, as long as you show mutual respect for your fellow Blades, follow the rules and contribute to the City in a positive manner, you should be able to easily say out of the red.
