If you donate money to a humanitarian organization in iraq and the U.S. governement says that organization is undermining its own efforts, you could wake up one day with absolutely NOTHING. and the very last section of this order: <center>Sec. 8. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right, benefit, or privilege, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, instrumentalities, or entities, its officers or employees, or any other person.</center> what this means is: You cannot take any legal action against the government or anyone involved if this happens to you, even if they decide after taking everything you own, that they screwed up. And FYI, this order doesn't go out of effect once George Bush leaves office, it stays in effect until a president stops the order, and the enforcers of this are government agencies, not the president. This means that even once Bush has left office, government agencies still have full power to seize your property! Our freedom and civil liberties are being eroded before our very eyes and its not even some conspiracy theory or classified information or CIA secret operations bullshit. George Bush has enacted an UNCONSTITUTIONAL order, which violates the 4th amendment. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

First the OP's interpretation is incorrect- read it for yourself What are you all so worried about? This is mainly for people they suspect of terrorism. They are not just going to kick John & Jane Doe w/their kids out on the street- unless they think they're terrorists.... You know- they say fear keeps us from advancing- look at you all. I'm not worried- -Will this affect me one bit, NO. -Will it most likely effect any of you, NO. -Will it effect anyone you know, NO. Get over it. ^ It's the government. The head of our entire nation. They have a whole nation following their orders, they don't have room for mistakes made in their job. They've already made 10x as many mistakes as they should of. Fuck the government right now, a revelation is needed in the minds of the American citizens and in the white house as well.

^^^ why because some people get searched?? I was searched going through an airport (last october), and I am white and as non threatening looking as can be haha. But if a muslim or middle eastern person gets searched it's stereotyping? Does this mean I am going to lose my home and possesions- no, it means people were doing their jobs. Sometimes I think people like to over react about things. I do not think the government is going to be bashing in all muslims homes and dragging them out because of this act- and if you truely believe that, well its pretty rediculous. EDIT:: About the search- I was upset that it happened, and I do think airport security is not being performed correctly- but it is what it is, and life is too short to be pissed off at stupid shit.
