That sucks to hear. Better luck on the next order, no matter who you go with. I removed the image showing the packaging. At this point it's a moot point, but showing exactly how it's packaged is something I try to avoid leaving out in public.
The Attitude - always go with the guarantee...mine were taken once, i emailed them , they asked for a photo back to confirm the taped package, and they immediatly re-shipped, more stealthily...and made it the 2nd time. same thing hapend to a friend of mine.....2nd time made it
