Attitiude will ignore your emails asking to cancel orders

  1. Realized i ordered on a tab that had a shopping cart with a few of the wrong (and super expensive) seeds in it. Have been emailing attitude (for some reason my phone wont call their number) for 3 days now without one single response. Got the automatic email this morning that the beans had been shipped.

    Guess its only expected from a company that already got their payment :(


    Attitude had my business in the past but not anymore
     
  2. So what day did you place your order? Cause they usually don't reply to mail over the weekend if at all.
     
  3. They might let you return them if they have not been opened but you will probably have to pay the shipping. I'd imagine they are rather busy this time of year :smoke:
     
  4. If all the packs are unopened they will give you a refund but not for the shipping and you will have to pay to get them back to attitude as well, so you are probably best planting them and enjoying the lesson:smoke:
