Well, I just moved out of my apartment into a new house. In my room theres a door that goes into the attic. It seems to be the perfect spot, except for the heat factor. There is a vent right above the spot that draws out heat, but it isn't working very well. What would be the easiest way to keep this cooled down? I'm not sure if fans would cut it, but I guess that'd be the first step. Any suggestions? I'll have pictures once I find my USB cord.
Thats the main problem with attic grows. Temp. control. Unless you can build an encloser in the attic Id find another spot. MHO
Attics usually are too hot. If you want to grow up there, your going to need to build a box airtight and insulate it so the heat from the attic doesnt get in then get an intake from the side of the attic of from the bottom in your room, not from teh roof, becuase roofing is usually dark and gets very hot in the sun. other than that get an air conditioner up there but htats expensive although buying materials to build and insulated box is also expensive i say an ac and fans. also you could make the existing attic exhaust alot better with say very high cfm fan with a bigger hole would probably help.
