I have applied for a dispensary permit in California and am in the process of putting together a diverse, highly skilled leadership team and staff. As there is not a wealth of information on the startup process for retail cannabis dispensaries as there is for retail stores in more traditional industries, I am reaching out to the Grass City community for any tips or inside information from members of the industry.
