I had the craziest experience the other night. I "woke up" in the middle of the night with sleep paralysis and kept trying really hard to move my body when suddenly I disconnected from my body and started floating. There was a silver line between me (floating) and my physical body. I only managed to "fly" to the living room before i woke up. The next day I searched on the interwebz what had happened to me and learned it's called ASTRAL PROJECTION. I have tried to replicate the experience with no success ever since. Has anyone ever done it? Any tips on how to do it intentionally?
