Ive never been a gym guy, but I had a decent resistance and I have never had any problems with weight (Actually I have problems to gain it) i hqd asthma when i was a kid. This last week Ive been feeling bad; like my lungs arent working at 100%. Sometimes I have to take deep breaths in order to feel ok. i even use my ventolin inhaler sometimes and it kinda helps a little. So ive been thinking about going to the gym. I walk about 30 to 60 min a day but i think it isnt enough to gain resistance. Any advice?
Inhaler my man. My wife has some asthma and gets all wheezy when we smoke, a couple puffs later with the inhaler and can breath normally.
same here, shits a miracle thing man. i mean instantly breathe great. its actually an awesome feeling. I abuse my puffer, is that bad?
