Asthma getting worse, can doctors find out if i smoked weed?

    I recently smoked some like say 5 or 6 days or soemthing and my asthma is getting quite worse and i got a cold. If i go check up in the hospital or doctors about my asthma can doctors find out if i smoked weed?

    Maybe if he did a phlegm test, but unless you smoked right before the tests I doubt they would even know, unless you told them. And I guess if they asked I would say you smoked, you don't have to say weed to your doctors (even though that shit is supposed to be confidential), but say you smoked a swisher or something, just don't lie to the doc, probably not a good thing. This is a guess from a guy on the internet who has smoked a bowl of weed, and does NOT have asthma. I really hope I could help though man...good luck, be safe :bongin:

    There not gonna call the cops on you or nothin. They will probaly just tell not to smoke weed since you have asthma.

    Yeah thats the thing lol im scared they might tell my parents then im dead.

    they cant tell anyone anything. doctor patient confidentiality he'd lose his medical license. tell him you smoke he should know what your doing to your body

    Since you're an adult, you shouldn't have to worry about the doctor telling your parents.

    yah theres a legal 'client bond' between docotrs and their clients, they can't release any of the infornmation they have about you, even to your folks. Sorta like apriest or w/e, i tell my doc everything, shoulda seen her snap when i told her i mixed tabacco with my weed

    Considering cannabis treats asthma I don't think so.

    Look about cannabis treating asthma.
    I know a person with asthma, have done for some time.
    I've never seen him have an "attack" but he puffs and wheezes.
    Smoking weed, never seemed to help him.
    However, vapourising weed REALLY helped him...maybe you ought to consider it, given your condition.
    I advocate vaping any time I can, but in this case I honestly feel it's most warranted - Unless of course you smoke tobacco in which case you have a bigger problem to deal with first.
