Assistant manager (laughs)- Because you look high a lot? Me (laughs)- Well yeah, because I have small eyes (fact) Pretty much ended there. I work at Papa Johns and do delivery. I had stopped by a friends house earlier on in my shift after a delivery and blazed a fat ass blunt with my buds. I put some visine in immediately after the session and hurried back to work. We weren't very busy so I didn't think anybody would notice I had been gone an extra 10 or so minutes. Normally, I would tell most people I work with that I smoke but I felt like I was put on the spot out of nowhere and even though I'm pretty cool with my assistant manager I didn't want to tell her that I was high or even smoked weed because I was afraid that would piss her off or she would tell me to not blaze on the clock... But then I got to thinking after work that maybe she smokes too (she smokes cigs) and maybe was just looking for a hookup? I don't know... Anybody have any ideas or related stories to share?
yea man it sounds like she wants to get some green. Ask her if she would get high if she had the opportunity then bust out a blunt after work.

depends on how important your job is. I mean, I wouldn't risk saying anymore than what was said if you really like your job, and or need it badly. if there are lots of jobs around and you already kind of keep your eye open than sure.
Man, who the hell cares. It's not illegal to say you do drugs. It's only illegal to do drugs. My boss asked me the same question once in a joking tone and I said yes and now we joke about it all the time and he recounts his past experiences with LSD and the such.
dude, i work at papajohns too as an instore, its so chill, i blaze with my gm so often and almost every one of the drivers also.such a chill job

Different places will have different rules. Honestly, I think you did the right thing. I would never tell anyone I worked with unless I was friends with them outside of work that I smoke all the time. Never. Too many people are bastards and will rat you out behind your back or even just slip up and mention it to the wrong person. Imo, you did the right thing. If she wants bud there are a ton of different places to get it. She even said to you that other ppl that work there smoke, let her get it off them. Good call. Paranoia saves the day yet again.

i deliver pizzas too, but its at a privately owned pizzeria... we have a lot of drivers and all of us smoke, its not a big deal if ur manager knows u blaze on the job bc everyone who delivers pizzas pretty much smokes or is cool with it. ive been doin it for about 2 years
hell yeah i used to drive for papa johns too .. used to burn in the car on runs all the time was the shit .. crazy shit happens on the job aha free pizza mmmmmm

haha, this thread reminds me when i used to deliver for pizza hut. i had a few manager ask me if i blazed... told one of them yes and he was actually looking for a hookup.. found him some and we were real tight after that, gave me the best deliveries free food ect, pizza delivery is def the most chill job ive ever had!
how much were you guys makin at pizza places? i just started delivering for a chinese place right by my house and i make 5 an hour plus tips which last night was 52 bux dominos is interested in hiring me though so i dono which one i would like better or make more at

Hahahaha. It really was an awkward pause because I didn't really know what else to say and I was really taken aback by the sudden sensitive question. And to add to the pizza delivery topic at hand, yes, pizza delivery is a great job if you're young and need a good job. It pays pretty well (depending on the area) as I average about $12 an hour. It's a real chill job where you can get blazed, drive around, listen to music, and get paid! To the dude wondering about whether to work at Dominos or the chinese place, I would honestly choose the chinese place if they get enough deliveries for you to work there. If they are dead or slow the majority of the time then I would consider Dominos. Bad thing about Dominos is that you will deliver to a lot of poor customers who live in trailers or the ghetto and the tips suck. Papa Johns delivers to a classier customer who on average tip much better than the Dominos customer, trust me on this as I've delivered at both places.
UPDATE: I smoked for my first time at work today with another assistant manager. I found out while blazing a fat ass blunt behind the store that the AM who asked me if I was high doesn't smoke pot but uses Meth! I was shocked to find this out... Anyway, pretty cool that I can blaze at work with my manager hahahaha
