http://www.bridgetonpd.org/bpd_news.htm "TOTAL NET FOR POLICE: 40 pounds and a substantial amount of cash. TOTAL LOSS FOR THE DRUG DEALERS: 40 pounds, their freedom, their future, and their pride. Above, Sgt. Jamie Battavio, Patrolman Brian Murphy, Patrolman Luis Santiago, Patrolman Shawn Reed, Patrolman Chris Wright, and Patrolman Joseph Lopez examine the proceeds of only the first seizure. The Bridgeton Police Department Anti-Crime Team, Sergeant Dave Saul and Detective Mike Philips, Patrolman Thomas Gramp, and Patrolman Keristan Lowe assisted in the Manheim Avenue investigation. Needless to say, the entire Bridgeton Police Department is proud of this great confiscation. Police Chief Jeffrey Wentz commended the efforts of all officers involved in the dual investigations. This writer is extremely proud of all of the officers hard work, attention to legal issues, perseverance and professionalism. GREAT JOB GUYS!"
Enforcing drug laws does nothing to stop the drug problem it only fuels the market creating demand.. They say that they confiscated a "substantial amount of cash" That either means they had mad loot or some greedy pigs
that too but the thing that set me off with this was "TOTAL NET FOR POLICE: 40 pounds and a substantial amount of cash. TOTAL LOSS FOR THE DRUG DEALERS: 40 pounds, their freedom, their future, and their pride." followed by "GREAT JOB BOYS"
Oh my god .. what a sad sight ... 40 POUNDS .. ALL GUNNA GET BURNED (not in the good way) OR BURIED *crys* ... Why dont they let everyone else "get rid" of it for them .. not only would everyone love the police force .. there would be no crime for a while because everyone would be too high to move !
