First of all, we're talking about one of my good friends who i have known and smoked w/ for a long ass time. So last night, we were hanging out , driving around town getting food and doing other random shit. We werent having too much fun so we decided to go home. Before i was dropped off, i asked him if i could grab a dub since he owed me $20 from over a month ago. He said no and i asked him for a 10, no, i asked him for a 5, no, asked him for a bowl pack, no, asked him for half a bowl pack,no....pretty fucked up since i had already smoked my bud w/ him. He had a 3 gram nugget (used to be 7.1 gram quarter nug) and kept saying that he didnt want to sell any...what an asshole man, i have smoked him up so much for years and he wont even give me my money or give me some nug when i needed it bad.

Don't yield to the selfish fool. Don't keep reducing your request more then one time, just be like "Hey man, I've smoked you out for years, you still owe me some friggen loot- and you won't even spot me a fucking dime. Can you stop being greedy and help a friend in need?" If he doesnt come to his senses, don't smoke him up again.
See now thats bullshit...why must he? In a given situation (such as this) it flys but if he didn't owe anything he didn't have to sell him anything. It sounds like he's a bitch but he really didn't have to sell ya shit unless he owed ya and the money wasn't there so you accept a good or service in place of it. Stop smoking him out...see how long he sticks around.
im not sayin to not be friends or never talk to him but i think it is lame if your friend wont help you out, i mean WHAT exactly are friends for you should always help your bro out in tiny little things like that thats what makes a friendship! im not sayin a stranger should have to but its diff if uve been tokin with this cat all night. not a huge deal but definately lame. what a perfect word for this situation. lame.
No way, man. He owes you $20. See the dollar sign? That means that he owes you MONEY. He does not owe you weed. He doesn't have to sell you a gram or a bowl if he doesn't want to. That's just how it works. If the dealer wants to sell you weed then they will, but if they don't want to, they definitely don't have to. Sorry not to be on your side, but I get kinda pissed when people keep asking to buy weed and I don't want to sell it to them. They act like I owe it to them to sell them bud or something. It's my weed at that point, and the golden rule is that it's ALWAYS the weed-holder's choice.

One of my big rules is I do not sell to people I dont usually smoke up with, this pisses alot of people off because I will just walk around town smoking random people bowls, but wont give them any of my sack. I figure they should be happy that I showed up and shared with them, especially since sometimes I will barely know the people I just show up and smoke 1 or 2 people a bowl. anyway, it is not you friends responsability to keep the grass coming at you. Thats your responsibility, what happens if he goes dry after selling you his last gram?
just keep that in mind for the future. if he ever wants a bit or to buy a little, you know what to do. if he doesnt ever ask, well whatever, dont spot him any. but matchin bowls again in the future is what id do. treat him as he treats you. edit, shouldda been like ey dude give me 20 bucks now so i can get some bud if you wont give me any then. or tell him to give you a 20 sack instead of what he owes.
