    I'd just man up, tell him you need to smoke (for whatever reason, medical issues etc or fun) and explain to him you only want to get it off someone you trust and don't want to deal with shady people. He should understand.

    I assume he is not of age yet and you are correct in you posting Part of the forum rules.

    I am actually surprised no one gave him aa red x.

    The Minute he said he lives with his parents and said there was a large age difference between him and his brother was another red flag for me.
