jagex has explicittaly said that there are NO cheats for this game. you are getting scammed. if jagex were to give away free membership they would do it on their website. i hope you haven't already put your username and password in cause you'll be hacked whenever they get around to it.
just buy a membership. back in the day jagex had very minimal options for purchasing membership. now you can buy a prepaid membership card at a convenience store in many countries, pay through text message, or pay from calling and writing down the pin. RSmembership is dirt cheap anyways. it can be up to 10$/month depending on method of payment. but i'm sure you already know this but yea im pretty sure that site is trying to scam you.
