In my area there is certain type of bud that smells the same, looks the same, and seems to always be around even in a drought. Everybody calls it "asian" i was wondering if anybody could explain a little further into this, maybe know what strain produces this weed etc.. Is it really much easier and quicker growing than normal bud?
Sounds like a local term used to describe your that local bud. Nothing more. Because there are a lot of land race strains that come from Asia but I doubt that "asian bud" you are talking about is some land race Thai cross.
i have seen the same types of middies in ohio for years they usually come in 10 pound brick even though the buds are not flat or anything its just how its packeged they always smell the same and look/feel the same. I have gotten from akron/cleveland/toledo and the buds all look so so so similar. someone has a big operation
