2 weeks ago I bought a new bong and spent some good money on it. After smoking it for the past two weeks, I decided it would be good to get an ash catcher. I was completely satisfied with the way it was hitting, so i didn't need a fancy ash catcher and only needed it to serve its main purpose, catching ashes. I bought a very simple ash catcher with a diffusor and nothing else for 45 bucks. Have i made a mistake, and will a cheap ash catcher ruin a bong?
No it will not. Your cheap ash catcher may work, only you will be able to try and see. An expensive ash catcher may be better, but it's nothing to fret about, you can buy a better one later if you enjoy smoking with the ash catcher.
Really all ash catchers do the same thing, it's just how they do it. Some just diffuse more than others do.
