    Been smokin a long time on and off, but only recently noticed after smoking some good shit (trainwreck I think), that my joint pain was really reduced when I smoked it.

    I haven't checked out this section of the gc forums so if this thread has already been done let me know....I just wanna know if there are any Gc members with RA or any form of this disease have found relief through mj and if so, what are the most effective strains?

    I know one of my friends has RA, does MJ(no MMJ card) and i dont know the strains.

    I don't have RA, instead I have Lupus. Lupus causes me some pretty bad joint pains. I can't tolerate any of the NSAIDs or opiates. and MJ has been very effective for me since it acts as an anti-inflammatory.

    I've found Big Bud, SAD, Hindu Kush, and Northern Lights to be effective for me. Big Bud and SAD being the best.

    I also tried Heavy Duty Fruity and Corleone, and did not find these strains effective for me.
