i think you got it all wrong, i remember i got in trouble when i was under 18 and i had diversion, which is probation but way less harsh. no UA's and i could leave the country/state the judge told me i was lucky i wasnt 18 otherwise i would have gotten probation so i guess what im saying is he has to be over 18 because of the fact that it went straight to probation. but hopefully your PO will be like, just pay the store 3 bux and we'll call it a day lol
