So last night I got off work about 1130 and me and my co workers went to the local bar, just chillin out. its about 130 now and im drunk as shit. Anyway this dude I have problems with ( he turned me into the police last may for weed)And a big ass friend walk in. Anyway I was just gonna let the dude chill and not say shit to him, just ignore his ass. I wasnt looking to get into a fight, at least not in the public domain). so im just chillin with my friends and this asshole starts talking shit, I said you get one free pass I am gonna pretend you didnt say that. I went to walk away and his friend stepped in front of me, forcing the confrontaion. I think ok, I am outnumbered its cool, remember your training, stay cool, FUCK IT. I just smile at his big friend and lay a fucking beer bottle across his jaw. I mean WHAP it made a hollow thunk sound followed by the shattering of glass. At this point asshole gets involved spins me around and goes to cold cock me, he hit me in the jaw, and I just lost my fuckin cool completely. I threw a strong right cross and my fist connected dead on with his teeth. turns out teeth arent harder than my fist. So anyway I just laid this dude out, and his buddy is laying on the ground bleeding pretty bad. So the bouncer at the bar called the police, and suggested I stay, that he would tell them I was forced into it as long as I stayed cool. I had already been in one fight I wasnt feeling another. So I just sat down, and smoked until the cops showed. They arrested all of us. I was officially charged with assault with a deadly weapon (the beer bottle). The local magestrate of the court is a good friend of mine, same with the local bondsman. So I called the bondsman first, and he called the magestrate. The magestrate came down the jail and set bail for me, and the bondsman got me out. They both know im not a flight risk, so they let me go home. They both are going to speak with the judge handling my case, and explain that they know me, and know very well drunk or not I wouldnt start a fight unless it was unavoidable. So now im chillin, and waiting to see whats up.

well im hoping things will be alright, I dont like thats what happened, but I felt like it was going to happen regardless of what I did at that point. So I thought, if im going down, im taking both of these motherfuckers with me. I cant stand people like this. I feel like its a completely juvenile thing to do fight like that, but I will not back down from one either.
