The vote for MMJ is coming up quick in Arkansas and it is gaining serious popularity. The feeling in the state is that this will pass. My question is what happens once the law is passed!?!?! How long will it take for dispensaries too pop up. When will the market develop?? Any thoughts / ideas
Is there anything in the initiative that states what the time frame for implementation of the program is? Provided there is a provision for patient cultivation, people could grow their herb prior to establishment of dispensaries.
I'm from Little Rock and I don't get the feeling that it will pass at all. The polls that I've seen have been dismal. I'll surely be voting for it, but I just don't think it will happen.
