I have considered purchasing an Arizer Solo for a while now - been trolling the Solo threads for some time. After reading a great review on this forum, I visited puffitup.com, and I see they are selling Solos for $160 with a promotional code. I thought the same thing you are: it's probably old stock. So I contacted them and got this response: "We have the newest version of the solo, they are the "M1A" version and the production date was 4 days ago so you will get the newest of the new. Enjoy your new Solo!" Boom! Ordered one right away. Had confirmation my order was shipped less than an hour after completing the sale. Can't wait to give this thing a try. Wanted to share the info in case anyone else wants to save $60 on this.
How did it turn out? Was it the newest solo? I'm thinking about ordering a solo from PuffItUp so I'm wondering if they're reliable.
I got my extreme Q for 155 off amazon which was about a month ago.. They also had solos for about 130, I just checked and they're gone though.. But I feel like you still could have gotten an even better deal on it on ebay
Puffitup is legit. I used them for both my MFLB and my Solo. Love the freebies and the servive is great. Randy is the man. Loving my Solo and vaping some Blackberry Headband.

i have a grinder a half and my SSFG straight tube. I'm worried though because i used an American express gift card and my order would not go through. I decided to contact the live chat and they told me to email all my info to randy@puffitup.com who had troubles with the card and responded saying he was talking to amex company about it. I then checked my balance on the american express website and it said the money went through to a randy, but i never got a confirmation email or anything. Not even a shipment email. I tried contacting live chat again but it would not work. It'll probably be fine and ship out in the morning but idk I've never boughten from them before hopefully it's not a jip.
Nah, you're fine man. SSFG tube has a 14mm bowl right? If thats the case your stock stem will fit right in with no adapters. That means you'll be vapor bonging within minutes of recieving it. Enjoy it man, I know I have been. I've been pairing my Solo with a 12" Left Coast straight tube and a 6-8" worked sherlock bubbler. The Solo with a water pipe RIPSSSSS Try finding some .5" stainless steel screens locally, I bought 5 for $1 and keeps the stems cleaner. Allows only oil to build up with no debris/shake
yeah it is 14mm great. I got an email this morning at 2am saying it shipped out last night and should be here friday, saturday, or monday. Pretty excited i'll definitely be ripping it a lot this weekend. Question though, when vapor bonging, does it cash the bowl quicker than if you were just hitting it dry? Also, does the battery come charged?
Yes water diffused hits do strain the battery more. As well as brown a stem quicker. But it is nice to have options. I pair my Solo with an 11 inch HVY travel beaker or a nice zob showerhead bubbler.
