Just bought a solo, my first portable vape that I will use along with my extreme q. I was torn between the solo, and the pinnacle pro, mostly because the pinnacle pro had that "pong" thing and I thought that was really cool. But my friend told me so many great things about the solo, and I loved my extreme q, so I stuck with arizer on this purchase. The thing should be here Monday, and I'll probably just be sitting around day dreaming about it until it shows on my stoop. What I'm wondering now is what accessories can I pair with it? Has anyone found/have any tips on the thing or any cool modifications that they've done? Also, are their any accessories like pinnacle's pong? thanks guys

I wrapped some insulating tape around the stem just above where it meets the bowl. The stem will then fit any 14mm bong. At the moment I'm using it with a cheep leanback that I got from GC but will be upgrading it to a proper perc/bubbler one soon. Last night, I filled the bong with ice cold sparkling grape and blackberry flavoured water. It was gorgeous, you could taste the grapes and blackberry's with each hit and it was awesome. I'll be doing this much more often with my solo. Hoping to try Coke )drink not drug) next.. There is an adapter that you can get that allows you to use the solo with waterpipes/bongs/ I just did it the quick cheap way.. You'll need some screens for the downstem as you can get little bits coming through into your mouth otherwise.
This is my solo set up. I got the adapter from planet vape, turbo stem and fits right into my bubbler/Bong with diffuser beads, everything fits.
Hi man im a complete nooby when it comes to vaporizing! My only experience with a vape was with a cheap 30 euro globe vaporiser which wasn't particularly good. However, i really want to start vaping and the solo seems perfect for me as i often smoke with friends so the fact its portable is a great bonus, i was wondering when you take a toke from this vape is it similar to a bong where you take one big hit or can you relax and take a few hits out of a small bowl without needing to refill it, thanks ps awesome set up Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

It's completely different than hitting from a bong. I usually get 6-7 hits from a solo with very little weed, it's very efficient. This bubbler is actually actually cheaper than my other pieces, which I also use with solo, but this one can stand on it's own without tipping over. This bubbler only cost $69 shipped.

I find it different. It's much thicker vapor and definitely taste much better, and with the turbo adapter from planet vape, it's less restriction. With the Bong, it pulls harder than without.
