If you're not in the state those carts are coming from, that's sign number 1. The fact that fakes are prevalent around you is sign number 2. The fact that this might be coming from the same person although that isn't clear in your post is sign number 3. Oh and just because it gets you high doesn't mean it safe or legit... if you have to ask if its legit....thats sign number 4. I could ask you a series of questions to help you actually find out, but I'm not sure if discussion of pricing is against forum rules.
If you aren't getting them from a dispensary, good chance they are fake, especially if he sells other fake carts.
