Are these pre flowers?

    Plant is 3-4 weeks old from seed and outside and I looked closely and saw these little green hairs

    No. Those are new colas growing

    Sex will be determined after 6-8 weeks from seed

    I don't see any hairs, but I suspect you are looking at the stipules.

    Ill post more pics if they get bigger. From today on the days are getting longer though and today was almost exactly 12 hours sun, do you think it will re veg?

    For it to re-veg it must first be in flower. Is it flowering?
