Are these plants done?

    Hey guys, i have these two plants who look ready to chop, all leaves turning yellow. I bought a microscope, and I should have it delivered by Monday. I just want to know, does two days make a big difference to wait, if they are done? I can’t check them precisely without a microscope. Should I turn of the lights off until to “pause” the growth, or should I chance it and chop? Every advice is appreciated.
