I'd say the top pictures looks like the male pollen sacks for sure, but if you aren't sure I'd give it a couple more days maybe. I just saw pistils this morning on some plants I started late.
I'd give it sometime and watch closely, how far along are they exactly? Looks hungry, the first picture looks suspect but could be new growth.
