Those bulbs are absolutly fine, other bulbs should fit right in but the difference can be minimal as rumpleforeskin found out.
Looks like a good complete HID system. I would want to know more about the bulb I think like how many lumens etc. HTG supply sells lights on EBAY and there lights are about the same price with horti-bulbs and at least a year warranty on everything.
