Business in general is not easy these days. The expenses on everything are super high, including materials, utility bills, transportations etc etc. What is actually lower now are our mobile expenses , as we started to use microsoft teams phone number instead of a landline and normal sms.
No not for Nevada. You must own the building... You are not allowed to rent...... and it cannot be made of wood.......... IMO the lighting costs are off a 100%, IMO there allot stuff off with that guild.
