I recently came across an article about THCA carts and their legal status, and I wanted to get your thoughts on it. According to this post, THCA carts are considered federally illegal, but I've noticed them being sold at some stores near me, which left me quite puzzled. I was wondering if any of you could shed some light on this topic. Is this information accurate? How are these stores able to sell THCA carts if they're federally illegal? Are there any loopholes or state-specific regulations that allow them to do so? I'd appreciate any input you might have on this subject, as I'm trying to stay informed and make responsible choices when it comes to cannabis consumption.
i take it.(pill) high dose illegal federally.i think they treat it as THC.(under 0.3%) if MJ is legal in your state,so may be THCa. if not,you have to look at the state law.THCa doesn't get you high,so it could be allowed it as vape.
I got a half pound of THCa hemp earlier this year. 14% THCa. It got me through to harvest. I still have a bunch of it, but I've also used a lot for Brownies. I just decarbed it and it was fine. I ordered it online. It's still available on the website I ordered it from.
What is or isn't with laws all comes down to enforcement. Nobody is getting fucked with because they bought a cart that's legal under the farm bill, which THC A products are. As long as it's under 0.3% Delta 9 THC. (Which is defined legally as a sperate thing to THC A). And if anyone was it's 100% not the guy ordering some for personal use but the people actually selling it. Order away as long as you buy from a reputable site and not some shady scammer.
