Put your fabric pot in 5 gallon bucket or 7gallon to keep them out the light man

 

Mine started doing that the first week I flipped to 12/12. Maybe even before then. I'm harvesting said plant in a few days and it was fine.

You're getting some wrong advice bro. It's fine they're sticking out. They're searching for water. They'll die off no big deal at all. All my pots are like that. Every fabric pot I've seen is like that if it has a good root ball. Don't even sweat it theyll die off. That's the air pruning that fabric pots do. Totally fine.
