I am thinking of growing 1 plant in a room i rent in a townhome with 2 other roommates. Are they or the owner in risk of legal trouble or arrest if i get busted?
The owner is responcable for what goes on in their home or rental properties. They will be considered as guilty as you.
Absolutly....It would be very difficult for the roomates to claim "unaware" of the goings on,,,,,as far as the Owner,,that may depend on laws in your locality,and the willingness of prosecutors to persue the owner of the property,under those laws,,if owner was found to also have knowledge... IMHO...Be Secure...don't grow if you truly are not safe...
