Are my plants too short?

    These are 32 days from seed. Lights have been close the whole time. I guess it seems to me that they should be taller than the 8 or so inches they arethey each have 4 or 5 nodes, I've topped the sixth. The strain is GG#4. On the biggest one the widest fan leaves stretch about 15 inches whilst the height is just over half of the width with somewhere around 30-40 colas. Is this ok? Should I move the lights up to stretch it for better lighting on the bottom of the plant? Thanks for all of your imput in advance.

    Flourescent, 6 bulbs @ 32w 6500k 2800 lumens and 2 bulbs @ 32w 3900k 2975 lumens.

    Cool, thanks man. I knowshort and bushy is ideal, it look3d like I was raising some midgets lol. Ill just keep my lights close and be patient. Ill post more pics as they go along. Have any suggestions on how tall i should let them grow before flowering?

    I don't go by height - I go by age. Some plants are just short, and fluorescent lighting promotes short tight nodes. Good luck.

    Yeah, its the one currently in my grow journal, im starting 3rd week of flower if ya wanna check it out.

    Holy sh*t dude. Your experience sure shows. That's gonna be a crop and a half! How long from seed did you switch to flowering? Also, I've topped them all and have worked a little on topping the underside on the bigger ones, would you suggest to wait untill it's bigger to do the undersides? It seems like I clipped some pretty small nodes but they've seem to grow out ok so far. I just don't want to stress it too much while it may or may not be struggling to veg....

    If you are going to scrog then wait intil every hole is filled and undergrowth is lollypopped before flipping to flower, if i were you i wouldn't be pruning undergrowth right now, but not too long from now you could super crop and get awesome results from this strain, less is way better as they are picky girls.

    I flipped to 12/12 around the 8th week of veg, when using a scrog you veg longer in order to fill up the screen but it sure pays off later and im a patient person so i dont mind the wait
