It's a little late in the year to still just be in veg, and it'll be rough on your growth with no light for the next week or so. Once the rains done, give em some ferts and mix a capfull of hydrogen peroxide/gal to keep oxygen in the roots so they dont rot from all the water in them. Best of luck!
id try to being them inside for the nights atleast... or if u have grow lights bring them inside for the majority of the rain
