I'm just thinking. There were a few threads I was going to respond in, but I realized my response wouldn't have been useful and they both began with an I. I'm just wondering if you guys think forums are for people who are more quiet irl. In a lot of ways, forums seem a way to be a way to feed your ego, IE I believe this and do this like this etc etc.
i'm a pretty quite person unless i know you and we're friends. this the only forum i use tho. i just go on grasscity when i'm bored not for my ego.
Uhh... forums are a place for everybody? Introverts generally don't like talking and any or all social institutions, therefore many would lack much of an ego. Maybe some aspergers people, but I wouldn't say introverts. Because I am on GC mostly on my Iphone.
I don't know about ya'll, but I use forums to say shit that would get my ass beat in real life. That's what the internet was created for, right?

You cant pretend to be an extrovert. Plus being extroverted =/= egocentricism, although perhaps they are more vocal about it so perhaps writing and, in this case, typing on forums, is the outlet of expression for the introverts

Then I have no clue what this thread is a bout man. What does an introvert typing with I first, have to do with being egocentric. I see no relation whatsoever.
so what if your replies began with an "I" ? this forum and most others are for you to say your opinions, using "I" haha I think that most people are the same IRL and on here, because it's hard to just switch between 2 versions of yourself, unless you become a dedicated troll or somth.
