Are edible companies illegal even under mmj state laws?

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by camram, Aug 12, 2011.

  1. I ask because they obviously need larger amounts to make their products but they are not protected like dispensaries.

  2. Maybe they just form a collective that specializes in edibles. I'm really not sure that's just a guess.

  3. Or maybe they are a branch of a dispensary...???

  4. I don't know man, just as long as they don't stop sellin those bud barbers!

  5. Here they get inspected and licensed just like anyone else that prepares food in a home kitchen. And, when you're working with typical size home kitchen batches, you won't need more than a pound and a half of hash, so yep, completely legal, even if there is only one person cooking.:)
