No don't take any off unless they die mostly first. Then remove em. F their green and healthy leave em. A really good thing you can do is take the tip of the new growth it'll allow the lower branches to grow nice and fast and catch up with the top and it will create a nice even canopy. That way you have multiple main colas rather than one. Right here at the top is where to pinch it off. Take eighty percent if the newest growth on top.
Then the plant will turn out like this here. It's a great way to get a larger harvest per plant. Look it up its called fim. You can top them tie em down which is low stress training and fim them. With topping you remove the whole top leaving the next two branches down to become the two main colas. You can keep doing it too
