I've found here how to make a small scale aquaponics system for growing cannabis using IBC.

 

SnailPowered's Aquaponic Adventures is the name of my thread with pictures and info on my system. I'm on my second crop in the current system and fourth MJ crop grown in aquaponics.

 

100% Aquaponics, no added nutrients just feeding the fish.

 

If you haven't found Dumme's thread on aquaponics you must. It's probably the most epic aquaponics garden on the net. According to him the fish can't supply everything. He has a secondary supplementation tank before feeding the plants.

My plants are grown using only fish food and water as input from me. I don't dose any supplements or add any nutrients at all. They have been under 12/12 for almost 45 days now.
