I already have a bubble bucket set up with 4 plants soon to be 2. I was looking to do a large version with a heap of goldfish in the reservoir and want to know what the difference is between bubbleponics and aquaponics ? Can I use the system I have for my bubble bucket upscaled and add fish minus nutes or is it different ?
i have always wanted to do this but always thought that the light going into the tank would damage the roots and if there are going to be fish you need light or thats just cruel
In aqua ponics the fish tank and root reservoir are separate but joined via tubing that the water is pumped through. I'm not a fan of it myself as I believe it would be impossible to give both optimum conditions. Although you can give them conditions that they will survive if course
